Use a CPU cooling Pad or use the software programs like
rain or something see the below links to get those softwares

The question first is, was your computer getting hot as much as this when you first bought it? I doubt this... If this is not the case, then the problem might have come because your fan has possible accumulated some dust of the time. The solution may involve you opening your system up (please I will suggest you consider an expert in this case), clean off the dust that has accumulated, couple your computer back and you should be fine.... However, in lieu of this, you may also consider getting a blower to blow off the dust from your computer inside.

If you have Intel processor, let Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology do it for you. Make sure it is activated in power management.
If you have AMD processor, Cool n Quiet does it for you. Processor downclocks at idle or low load, so power consumption is reduced (less heat generated).

Or you could put your computer in sleep mode.

Also make sure there is no soft cloth or similar material blocking the intake air passages at the bottom of the laptop. Bottom should have adequate ventilation.

Turn your display off or maybe you can get a laptop cooler.

Theres a bunch of laptop cooler in the market, it consist of propelling fans in a case and you can put it under your laptop.

put it in water lol, just kiddin. Um you can buy a board of fans from most Computer stores. This will blow a lot of cold air into the machine and should cool it down conciderably:)

Take your laptop yo an air conditioned place & if you don't have than take it to a public airconditioned place like malls or restaurents.
