ps. i will buy online from best buy or circuit city. i don't want to have to get it in the store

I have only 5 gigs of memory in my computer out of 138 gig that i had when i first bought it. I have a dell dimension E521 with a Radeon x1650 series graphics card. Also can u tell me where to get a hard drive that has 200 gigs and costrs less then $100.

Every other profile is of some kid holding a camera above their head and snapping a shot. It's almost always in a bathroom too. I don't understand why everyone does that.

Also how come a lot of girls on myspace take a pic of their self puckered up? Like a fish face.

I was adding things to a very important word document and was saving it to my thumbdrive when it said that my thumbdrive was not connected. It was. Then it closed out and there is nothing on y thumb drive except a .tmp file. I have no idea what to do and I really really need this document, Help!!!

I have an external hard drive that I want to reformat. When I plug it in, three letters come up as if I plugged in three different drives. I am somewhat familiar with drive partitions; I know what they are but I don't know how to create or remove them. I would like to reformat the drive so it acts like one drive. Is there an easy way to do this in Windows XP without a third party software? Like I said I don't care about the data currently on the drive.

I reinstalled windows xp and now i have no sound. I have the same speakers as i've always had and they've always worked.
I've reinstalled windows before the same way, but i still had sound after the reinstall. This time i dont.

The sound doesn't work from my computer speakers OR my external speakers. I sometimes get a sort of 'eep' sound when something goes wrong, which is weird as the computer won't play any other sounds.

When i go to Sounds and Audio Devices in Control Panel it says 'No Audio Device' so i cant do anything there. In device manager there is nothing under sounds except codecs and stuff. I've tried adding new hardware but it won't find my speakers. My speakers didn't come with an installation disc.

My speakers are from the company 'tsunami'. My computer (motherboard or whatever) is a HP Vectra 4L00.
I cant find any sound drivers to download for this model.


I would really appreciate any help thx.

everyday there is less free disk space in my computer. I have tried using the disk clean up utility but it only free up liittle space, i also deleted programs that i dont use anymore. before i have 1GB free space, now i only have120MB! and it`s getting lesser everyday.. i dont have an anti virus installed, because it slowsdown my computer, so i deleted it..and i`m connected to the internet by LAN.. i`m using Windows XP..

My cable internet goes down sporadically. I know it's down when the flashing lights on the cable modem don't connect. I was wondering if theres a way that I can know for certain that I'm not getting the proper internet signal through my cable to my modem so I can keep a log when it goes out.

when i restart my pc my os boots and win 98se gets loaded. after that the icons come but i get a msg saying that "windows did not detect a mouse attached to computer . you can safely attach a serial mouse. to attach a mouse to PS/2 mouse port, you must first turn computer off.

my mouse gets hanged and i have to restart the pc. then it works. in safe mode i am able to shake the mouse cursor. but in normal mode it automatcially works. but again you shut down the pc and restart it it doesnt work. the mouse hangs and the msg come s again

My computer has had a virus for a while now, i've been trying to get rid of it but now there is nothing i can do but reboot the whole computer. Before i do that i need to save all my pictures somewhere so i don't loose them. the problem with that it that my computer doesnt read my flash drive, doesnt have a cd drive, and wont let me to access the internet. can someone please help me, im desperate. thank you

I would like to check whether it is possible to create an image that contains all the standard executables (CD/DVD writing software, adobe reader, winrar, windows live messenger or yahoo messenger, antivirus and antispyware).
To do the image I can use Ghost but the problem is that I would like to load this image into computers that have different specs. Some are via, others intel, others sis....
Do you think that if I create three different images for each chipset and then load that particular image, I would be able to have a good OS?
Would an image created on a P4 intel chipset mainboard work on another P4 intel chipset mainboard from a different manufacturer?

ok heres the deal
IM not a thickohh ive built computers, ok so my broadband is going really slow (well i think anyway) ive got upto 512kbs speed and when i download it is only at 60kbs and thats the max it ever does, i live about 1/2 a mile away from telephone exchange and i have also tryed using the internet on another computer (no viruses just put it together brand new) and it is the same speed maybe a better modem would work better ive got a crappy free one called "speedtouch 330"

I have a windows vista Hp Pavilion tx1000 notebook pc 32 bit operating system and a amd turion 64 x2 1.60GHz
my network adapter used to work perfectly fine but one day it just stopped and i ran the diagnostics and it said plug cable into the LAN but theres nothing wrong with my wifi i use a psp on it I reinstalled NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller and that didnt work so i recovered it from the original version but that didnt work either virus scanned and everything the network still doesnt work and the wireless switch on the side doesnt turn blue when i try to turn it on and it cant find any networks please help!!! thanks
