i want to buy a laptop. will i get a better deal after christmas.
ps. i will buy online from best buy or circuit city. i don't want to have to get it in the store

not really .. electronics prices stay steady u just have to catch the old models when they get the new ones in ..

You won't be finding great laptop deals, everytime a store sells a laptop without anything else the store loses profit. So you'd be looking at the odd out-dated models going on sale and stuff like that. Is it worth it? Depends the model you bought before could have gone on sale, you never know.

In my opinion, yes during the January sales you will see prices drop - inc computers. Also, I have been told that there will be promotional codes running during the January sales.
For Apple.com chances are (if you're a student or can get your hands on student uni logon/ID) you'll find a good offer just before September is a good time because they tend to have their student offers then. Although, they do at times have codes - throughout the year.

Computer prices vary, but it doesn't matter what time of season it is. Although as a pro, I would advise checking into any localy owned pc shops for a computer before you go to a bix box store. More often than not you will get a better computer, from people who can support it a million times better and usually cheaper.
