I have an Excel database with email addresses. I want to understand source of emails ESPs, and cut out all ESP info to the right of the @ sign.

What is the formula in Excel where I can say "cut out all characters to the right of the @ sign and place in a new column"?

Myspace is blocked :( Anyways, I know how to get to the site but can anyone tell me why it was blocked? My dad probably saw me on it but... I don't think he would do that to me (oh how dramatic). We recently got a new router and something about a d-link (we might have gotten a new one... I'm not sure). So are there any technical things that blocked it?

When I got to Myspace it says "401 The web site is blocked by administrator"

Also, I'm the administrator. My dad is the first administrator (like the one who installed the internet and everything). Is there any way I can unblock the site?

Just bought the MacBook last week, and somehow, didn't realize that the Leopard would be released next week (I was a Windows user till now...never followed Macs). Anyone know if I can get some sort of discount on the Leopard? Should I just call Apple about it?

Ok picture this, you buy a decent windows laptop for £400 ($800) then all of a sudden you realise the new mac leopard is coming out therefor you want to get that instead of your current windows, thats my situation!

What should I do? my parents wont let me buy a new laptop because I just brought one recently?

I bought a new HP DV6000 with Windows Vista and a whole bunch of stuff is already installed - Vista seems to boot up slow even thought I upgraded to 2gb of RAM.

im going to build a moddern gaming PC, but i need some help.

I need a list of every part and the cheepest place to get them, from what i know I would like

2.3 or 2.6 intel cour 2 duo processor with Frount side bus of 1GHz or better

2GB of ram

a case

power suply

fans (if that liquid cooling thing is nessary tell me and explain) and thermal paste for the CPU

Hard drive (40GB or 80GB is fine i got lots fo 500GB external drives for my laptops lieing arround

mother board (this i am completly lost on) i dont know a thing about compability with other parts or any thing at all (this needs lots of explination)

need a grafix card DUH, BUT (here is the catch) i would like to have dual monitors (hence the 2GB of ram and SLI needs to be explained too)

do the 2 grafix cards work to geather to run both screens or does each grafix card pick a screen and only power that one? Can i do two monitors with one grafix card?

thier is prolly lots i have missed but i am running out of characters.

I work in a call center,,,are supervisor hands out diffrent memos every day regarding customer that will be calling thru out the week ...so we have so many paper to try to rember... the problem is when the customers call sometime we forget that we have a memom or a new item for the week due to so many memos...is there a system that i can implant to help all of us out..please help it very important ...thank you

If I convert my old laptop hard drive into an external drive, will I be able to boot the copy of Windows that's already on it on my new Mac Pro?

...Or is it only possible to do that with a single hard drive partitioned with the operating systems

ok, so I'm writing a program in which the user inputs a number 0-100 and it outputs a grade any other number comes out as an invalid entry. I did this using an IF statement and put inside a while statement. The number that is supposed to kick it out of the while and end the program is -1 but when I put it -1 in, it outputs -1 as an invalid number and the it kicks out, How can I make it so it doesn't output the -1? my last statement on the IF is else cout << blah blah blah
