Welcome to the world of Mac, you will never go back to a PC again! The Leopard update is cool but not really necessary, call apple or like the guy above me said return your MacBook and wait until next week then go and get the new one. I do not think you can get a discount seeing as the new MacBooks will come with it installed and will cost a little more. Mac's RULE! I get so frustrated when I use a PC at a friends house!

The MacBook is the computing device. Snow Leopard is the working gadget - OS X 10.6 - would be released next month. Its being released because of the fact they "have each and all the kinks worked out." right this is a concept. once you purchase your new computing device, ask them to throw in a unfastened improve to the hot working gadget. detect a great thank you to benefit approximately and attempt new Apple products. own procuring will supply you unfastened, uninterrupted time with a knowledgeable professional who might supply you a private demonstration of any Apple product, furnish advice, and answer any questions you have gotten. You %. a handy time and the shop you’d prefer to circulate to. All with out tension — there’s no criminal accountability to purchase.

Methinks Leopard will cost only about $126...not too much! And the system requirements (they say) are just 512K. Google Leopard. There were several articles out there just this morning, including one on the Apple website itself. Find out if your MacBook can handle it. THEN if it can't, go for a quick return...

I recommend returning your MacBook to the retailer since you have usually 30 days to return and then next week make sure you get the MacBook that includes Leopard which if its a new MacBook it will most certainly have one.

Apple always has a warranty on all their products. If you just bought it last week, go to apple.com and talk on their live chat and talk to someone just to make sure. If you can (which im sure you can). You can bring it back and then get your money back. Then you can buy the leapard!
