It is pissing me off i can not get xbox live or go online with my router it says i can not find an ip adress or any thing i need step by step help pleazzz

I suggest you pull out the directions that came with your router and your X Box and follow the directions. If you do not understand the directions you need to hire someone to help you.
The directions are fairly lengthy and rewriting them here is of no value as it repeats what you have.
I have a better idea. Spend your time pursuing your school work and learn how to learn. Once you have mastered that, you can master the configuration of the X box.
