I am creating a website by inputting html and javascript codes by hand. I need to insert a picture into my website but i dont know how to do it.

Do you know how to insert a picture i have saved onto my desktop into my website using html codes?

I have a Netgear wireless adapter I had installed on an old computer I have recently got a new computer and wanted to install in on the new computer however I have lost the cd and I had tried to call to get a replacement and they told me I had to buy a whole new thing again... So my qusetion is does anyone know if there is another way of going about it can I take it off one computer and put it on the other or how can I intall it on the new computer?

Whenever I go to Sun microsystems to download java, I click on the download icon and it simply says "the page cannot be displayed etc.". Is anyone else having this problem? Is it something to do with the site itself or my computer settings?

i have back up all my data in a portable hard drive,and then i formatted all my hard drive ,now after installing windows i was back uping the data but who knows what happened???i can't acess that portable drive ...pc says its currupted or not readable......tell me a good solution

I posted a question on here earlier about Malware, and got lots of answers. I tried several of them, one, installing Super Antispyware.exe. That program is causing a problem in itself. Majorgeeks.com says it is Malware and the problem is, you can't delete it. I looked in Add/delete and indeed it is not there. I emailed them and they answered "Hello-just got to add/delete and delete it, but I can't because it doesn't show there. Any suggestions. Make them good, I'm exhausted, with this thing. I ran a trial of Norton 360, found nothing, AVG Spyware tool does not find it. Maybe I have deleted the offending malware, but now can't delete the Super Antispyware.exe. Need Help. Thanks

Other than GIMP.... Gimp won't work on my system for some reason. I'm running Windows 2000 at work and I do have administrative rights, so intalling it wouldn't be a problem.

So does anybody know of any Photo editing programs similar to Photoshop that I can download for free? I just need it to do a few things if anybody knows of any programs that will let me do this, please let me know which one(s).

I need the program to allow me to:

-Crop Pics
-Add TEXT to a Pic
-Maybe some effects like Photoshop

That's pretty much it, nothing too fansy..... the main thing I'm looking to do, is to be able to crop some Pics and add TEXT to them and maybe manipulate the Pic a little.

I have a NVIDIA geforce4 440 64M and want to update it (so I can play the new games) , but whenever I go to the Nvidia website and download the new one when I try to install it shows me this

the pc has a invalid key and the system is cropupt , can i down load another OS like Linix or something insted of using

I have an HP a1410n running WinXP. It came with 1 gig of ram (2x512) DDR400. I put in another 1 gig (2x512) in it to make 2 gigs. Strange thing is the BIOS now says all the memory is PC2100. I take out the new, back to PC3200. Take out the old put in the new, it says PC3200. For some reason together they run at PC2100 instead of it's PC3200 speed. They are not the same manufacturer but the RAM I put in is mid grade GeiL. The PC only has a 300Watt PS in it. It has 3 hard drives a DVD-ROM and a few usb periherals. An ATI 1600XT pci express card in it too. Is this a voltage issue where the power supply can't provide? Or is it a BIOS issue? HP supposrt has come up with nothing for me. I need your help!!! Why is my memory running slow???

I got PC2 6400 800mhz DDR2 ram that can run at 4-4-4-12.
Right now i have it set at 5-5-5-15 because i dont know if i wanna mess with the voltage. I am running just 2Gb, with a Amd dual core cpu 2.8ghz, and Radeon HD 2900xt graphics card. Would i really notice the change in the ram if i change it?

i have a canon i950 and for some reason when i request it to print a colored image it comes out either with the colors in the incorrect places or with out enough ink in some places (or no ink at all) and yes i have recently put new ink cartridges in the printer and the issue is still persisting so what could be the problem and how can i fix it

I don't know what's wrong with it. Me and my husband went out and got it a new power-supply, because it wouldn't come on when we hit the power button. But after installing the new power supply, it still won't come on. It's also making a clicking sound - like it's wanting to power up, but instantly dies. Could it possibly be the mother-board?
