I got PC2 6400 800mhz DDR2 ram that can run at 4-4-4-12.
Right now i have it set at 5-5-5-15 because i dont know if i wanna mess with the voltage. I am running just 2Gb, with a Amd dual core cpu 2.8ghz, and Radeon HD 2900xt graphics card. Would i really notice the change in the ram if i change it?

More important than any of those timings is the "Command Rate". If your motherboard allows try setting this to "1T". You'll get more speed from that than running 4-4-4-12.

The following is a very detail explanation of memory.

I've never been able to tell and in fact extreme overclockers usually underclock the ram in order to get the most out of their CPU.

Hi. Some measurements might improve (benchmarks, FPS, etc.) but you would probably not see any difference. Still, O/Cing is fun!
