Upon logging onto windows, it takes a long time (2/3mins) to load the user interface. Any ideas as to what could be wrong??

a lot of websites i go on arnt working on my computer but working on other computers, could this be a virus or somethin? i have zonealarm antivirus and antispy and symantec antivirus, why isnt this getting rid of it please help

is there a way to "transfer" my yahoo messenger archive from a user/profile to other? so when i open my 1st id archive to see conversations of the 2nd id's archive or sumthin like that..i have yahoo messenger archive decoder, if i need it to do that...but i want 2 know if i reallt can do that...?

Hi, I want to buy a dual core cpu and I was looking on Intel's Pentium D 940 and D 945. The 945 is faster (3.4 GHz vs. 3.2 GHz) and is cheaper than 940. Why is that ?? Which CPU is better? I'll do mainly programming with visual studio, eclipse, jdeveloper, sql.

Also due to somewhat tight budget, my motherboards options are Intel D945GNTL or D965SSCK (microATX). Are these OK? I won't be gaming so I think I don't need expensive video cards and fancy MOBOs (besides in my city there's only Intel products available).

I'm using a standard keyboard and my hands, especially wrists, hurt. I started looking for an ergonomic keyboard and found SafeType's Vertical Split keyboard. Has anyone tried it? Is it better than a horizontal split keyboard (like a regular ergonomic one)? Has anyone moved to an ergonomic keyboard and liked it or disliked it?

I bought an s video to composite lead.I have pluged it into the tv that i used with my karaoke machine but i have no picture at all.When i used to use my karaoke machine the picture was there strait away so do i have to do some setup procedure.I have seen on earlier posts that sometimes people were getting just black and white,but i'm not even getting that.thanks.
