When visiting the site, it says "This domain name expired on 09/28/06 and is pending renewal or deletion"
Someone didn't renew the domain, either by accident or in purpose.

it would seem like the owner of this site has let it expire, and has not renewed it. so it would seem that they are either not going renew there website, or are either going to move it or just havent got around to renewing it as of yet, but due to the fact that they have had about 18 days to do so, i doubt they will be doing so :)

In laymen speak, the people no longer own the name and haven't for close to 3 weeks so more than likely they aren't going to be using it again so you should probably try somewhere else.
