I was trying to remove a program from my PC using Windows add/remove program tool in the control panel when I accidently clicked remove on my Intel Graphics Driver!
Without further prompt, this was removed and the process will be completed when I restart my PC. Is there a way of stoping the un-installation procedure (apart from never restarting the computer!).
I use Windows XP Professional.

I can get online and access all my usual sites quite normally - but when it comes to getting onto the sky broadband site to access my e-mail account it just won't have it.
Any one else having similar problems?

I believe we need to type: cat filename
to open a file.
How about all the keyboard combinations?
like ctrl+__, alt+__

I have a pdf file but it needs a font called "Palatino-Roman" font. I cannot find it on the net. Can any of you help me.

I have 900mb ram normaly, 1of the 3 sticks is not pluged in properly so it is now 600. I always have around 300mb left.does it only affect my computer if the number goes towards zero? or should i plug it back in and it WILL imporve the computer's preformance?

My machine is running XP Pro with Office 2003.

I have an Excel file with a few hyperlinks to pictures (jpg) on the same PC.

Now, if the default pictue viewer is Picture Manager, strange things happen. If the hyperlink is to a picture in 'My Documents', it works. But if it is in any nested folder within, (either My Documents\My Pictures) or deeper, when I click on the hyperlink, the Picture manager opens up showing thumbnails in the 'My Documents'.


If I change the default viewer to Fax viewer, its even worse, nothing seems to happen.

On the other hand, if I use IE6 as the default picture viewer, the hyperlinks work, however deep they are.

Of course, Picture Manager and Fax Viewer both work fine if I actually go to the folder and click on an image.

I am fed up with many so called games promising that you can do anything and go anywhere, yet when I come to actually play them, they are just cleverly disguised linear games. I think the last decent one I played was Spiderman 2!!!! Any advice?

Im a seller on ebay and the person who won the item is going to pick up the item on monday. I dont really know what to do with the transaction. Will I let him sign a letter that says he received the item? I do know that I should check his I.D with his name found on paypal.
