The Hotmail policy for deleted messages is no longer 90 days... it's ONE. After 1 day, the deleted message is gone and non-retrievable. They also changed the Junk Mail folder to 5 days.
Sorry, that e-mail is gone if you deleted it.

Dear,
If 90 days passed by means nothing can be done.Otherwise u can retrieve it by logging into the hotmail account using the password and id.Then it will automatically prompt for re-activation of the account,if u r trying to login to the account which is suspended.

If it's been deleted from the inbox then it'll be in the deleted items for a period of time (a day or so). If the deleted items has been emptied then it's gone for good.

well dont actually agree with all the ppl who have answered u here cos i re instated one of my old ones. It depends on how long it is since u last used it i think. If its under 3 months then its easy to re instate. If its older than that then i think u have to apply to try to get it back, if its just the mail thats in the account that u want then i think if its a long time ago u can say bye to it.

No. There's really no way, unless you had deleted it and its still present in your trash bin and Hotmail hasn't deleted that as well, otherwise its as good as gone.

If you deleted it, it's in the trash. If you emptied the trash, then it's gone.
If you happen to have Google's desktop search, you will most likely have a copy of it stored locally on your machine, if not, then you're out of luck.
