I can get online and access all my usual sites quite normally - but when it comes to getting onto the sky broadband site to access my e-mail account it just won't have it.
Any one else having similar problems?

You think you've got problems?
At least you werent suckered into the 'TalkTalk' deal.
The modem they sent me refuses to work, so I cant use the software they sent to use my e-mail addresses that go with the account and the webspace that is provided with the package.
Using filesharing programs is iffy at best and a complete joke at the rest of the time. Playing online games is very laggy.
There customer service (in the loosest sense of the meaning) is diabolical there training is so pi55 poor most there phone monkeys have little or no technicial know-how, no knowledge whatsoever of English contract law and seem to be able to only a)follow there script b)transfer you blind onto the back of the queue c) cut you off d)put you on hold in the vain hope you will hang up.

Its probable that your having the same issues with Sky, if you can hold out the length of the contract, do so and then tell them to shove it and go over to a proper provider.

I'm going back to BT when I can get shot of this shower of 5h1t. The only reason I changed from BT to TalkTalk was cost, I never had any problems with them in the 5 years I was with them.

Good luck.

If things get really bad, goto trading standards.
