drag and drop is just a method of copying the photo from one place and putting it in another. If you can drag and drop into your digital photo album (try it with both windows sized so you can see them both at the same time) then you should be able to copy and paste. Simply click on the image you want to insert and click the right mouse button, select Copy from the menu that appears. Then go to the place you want to paste your image to and right click your mouse and then click Paste. The image should appear in the place.
As you get more experianced at doing this you can use the keyboard shortcuts to copy and paste the images. Just click the image and press the Ctrl key and the C key at the same time to copy and then press the Ctrl key and the V key to paste.
Good luck

To drag and drop, you can that inside Windows Explorer. To Move a File/Image, you can hold down the Ctrl key while Dragging. Drag and drop only moves the icon or shorcut, to actually move the file from one section of the hdd to another requires a key combo, these tips and functions can be found in Windows Explorer>Help

What are you asking? What is drag and drop or how to programme it?
Personally if you are making an online albulm you may need to use HTML or JAVASCRIPT to programme the pictures to be moved. This site should help: http://www.acejs.com
Google will also find some very good sites.
If not then it maybe that the software you are using doesn't allow it. Copy and paste is another method - right hand click on an image, copy it and then right hand click on the new location to select paste.
