win xp media centre as operating system is great
specs seem good to me

I have an old M30 and love it.
For $600 the M115 with core duo processor and 512M is a good deal.

check the features like RAM, Processor speed, processor version, screen size. if it matches ur requirements then i think toshiba is very good.
