The kernel is written mostly in C, with some assembly. Drivers are mostly C with a little C++. The graphical interface and higher level functionality is C++ and .NET.

Most of it is in C++.

iam sure about al the applications,,,,they are written in Visual C++ which is the primary Microsoft's development environment...
