someone please tell me this pops up when i try to playrobot rage on miniclip and its just a little x in the top right hsnd corner how do i make it go away so i can play the dang game?

I have a wireless router that I am attempting to use on my 2nd computer. My main system has Comcast highspeed internet. I was told with a wireless router I can connect my 2nd computer. I have everything hooked up and it goes through the installation process and then stops to ask me these questions ...
Internet type?
IP address?
Subnet Mask?
Gateway?
Dns1?
Dns2?
Where do I find this information at?
I contacted Comcast and they said it would need to come from Linksys.
I know enough about computers to be dangerous...LOL

Dear Editor,
My name is Charles Baker Harris(everybody calls me Dill), and I believe that a story about me should be in this fine newspaper. I have been kidnapped, I’ve been to Egypt and I have been locked in a train, I have walked 13 miles with out stopping and I have even ridden an Elephant! Now I have never once met a resident in Maycomb county that can say they have done any of those things! I managed to do that all in the same week to!!! Yes, I do believe I am exciting enough to write not one, but several articles all about me!

I can sell my Powerbook 17" G4 1.67Ghz for about the same price I can buy a Macbook 2.0Ghz.

Should I do this? Is the Macbook faster than than my powerbook?

I would miss the large screen. I don't use the firewire 800. I only use the pcmcia slot for a SD card reader. I use mainly Cubase and Logic.

Thoughts?

I have to do a powerpoint presentation for my homeowork.
(I have powerpoint 2003 if this helps anyone!)
I have a few sound file inserted in the presentation. I am going to be presenting it on another computer and I've found out that when i sent it to my email, and opened it on the other computer then the sound doesn't work because the sound file isn't saved onto the actual computer.
Is there any way in me being able to do this presentation with the sound, on the other computer without me having to download the songs onto that computer.
Will a floppy disk work? I've tried a memory stick (hub, dongle what ever u want to call it!) but it says the same thing.
i've heard something about link/embed files or something but i don't really get it.
Please someone help!!!!!!

I am trying to upgrade yahoo tollbar and my computer keeps giving me this message.(you do not have access to make the required configuation modifications. Please rerun this installation from an administrators account.) This is my own personal computer and I bought it new last year. Can someone please tell me how to fix this. ANd the e-mails are coming from the poeple i work with that are in the same building I am in when i get the e-mails so it is not because it is showing up their time same because we are in the same one. There is also nothing in an option folder that says anything about it. When I open my yahoo account it says it is the correct time it is just in my inbox that it is incorrect.

Had McAfee for 1 year - when time to renew so many error msgs that would not go away no matter what I did. Have cancelled McAfee but can someone tell me how to get rid of error msgs "Your computer is not protected" - have Norton now. Do not recommend McAfee to anyone!
