Your processor?...

I suggest checking out all of your systems stats, video card, ram, etc...if all check out, update your video card drivers. Also, this "pentium 3"...what is it's clock speed?

Ex. 2.8 Ghz

First off, as everyone above has stated - there's a lot more to a pc than just the processor. The Call of Duty System Requirements are:

Processor: 1.4 Ghz
RAM: 256 MB
Video Memory: 64 MB
Hard Drive Space: 4.0 GB
Operating System: Windows 2000/XP
DirectX Version: 9.0c

And the Recommended System Requirements:

RAM: 512 MB

So, first off make sure that you have at least 64Mb on your video card...then check that you have the latest version of DirectX installed. After that, its likely to be a RAM issue - do you have half a gig?
