No, I have a roller ball, Logitech, which is so much faster and easier to keep clean. So I don't need a mouse pad, but I love to collect them anyway.

yes,i use mouse pad ,without it i won;t move my mouse properly or you can use flat surfaces for the mouse.

Yes. My palms get sweaty sometimes and if it gets wet under the mouse, it doesn't work right so I use a cloth type freebie.
