i know dsmartload is trojan and i onlyhave Antivir software. i already update the version and yet it still cant delete the drsmartload, and all it companion LOL, could any1 suggest FREE drsmartload killer and spyware killer?
with the drsmartload in my pc, i have to unclikc the webpage tt i didnt even visit or know before.
it keep popping up the new window with different webpage

My appications on the computer take FOREVER to load up. Even when I was just trying to get on the internet browser it took like 2-3 minutes. It usually just opens instantly. That's why I think it's a virus of some sort...
Anyway, do you know what virus scanner that would be best for this?
Or if it's not a virus, what could be the problem?

I have recently upgraded to 8 meg BB with BT, however when trying to download large files, browsing the net, or playing online games, I have noticed that the connection speed slows dramatically, and sometimes stops altogether.
I'm having to use a download manager with a 'resume' function to complete large downloads, and online gaming is impossible as the game just freezes when the connection is lost.

I am currently using a Netgear router/firewall - it is a few years old ... could this be the issue ??

A BT engineer came to test the telephone line, and it is working fine. All cables, filters and connectors have been replaced, and the problem remains. I have only had this problem since my service was upgraded to 8 meg, before that, it was fine.

BT have been no help at all regarding this matter !!

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to move Microsoft Office 2003 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Student Edition from one computer that already has the program installed to another computer that doesn't have it? The boss said I left the computer on before I left the office one day and now he has my password and checks my e mail! But I don't believe this I think he has installed some type of spy ware mail, on the office computers, can he then steal the key strokes or how would he do this? Is it legal? Thanks for yur help, oh is there some way around this that I can stop him?
