So you are so sure that you are going to heaven that you want to make sure that no homosexuals will be there to annoy you: hm!! I think god doesn't think much of vanity either! Try humble and forgiving and make sure you make it into heaven first. Then start worrying about who else is going to be there!

Well, I don't believe in Purgatory or Hell so there is only one other place Heaven. However, Your question intrigues me. You say you are not religious but you really want to know. It sound to me like you need to find out what it is you believe so that you know how to answer your own questions. Now this does not mean that you need to be religious but become a little more spiritual might help you. My suggestion is to read everything you come into contact with on the subject of spirituality and then decide what rings true to you. Surprisingly, it is not the same for everyone. Hope this helps you.

Well, as far as Pergatory goes, that is a myth. There is no such place. It is an idea someone thought to avoid the idea of hell.
As far as heaven is concerned, I'd have to say no.
God would not allow anything considered sin into heaven...and
homosexuality is sin. But, it can be repented of, meaning to turn away from it and never doing it again.

I'd send them to heaven and everyone who dares to judge them into purgatory. I personally don't believe that being a homosexual is wrong. I think, if there is a God, he/she has far more important things to worry about than one's sexual orientation. We were made in his image, right? Isn't that what the Christians always say? So then there is nothing wrong with being homosexual.

I know there are going to be some of those Christians who are hypocrites and are going to try to judge you. Just tell them to f*ck off =) I hate when Christians don't act very Christ-like.

I was taught that God is the creator of all things in the Universe including man and animals, all living things. There are people of different colors and there are horses of different colors, there are people of different nationalities, and animals of different breeds, there are straight people and gay people and bi people, and it has been found that there is straight sex in the animal kingdom and gay sex in many species of the animal kingdom. My point being, God wanted a diverse culture so we could learn and be tested fully about life and learn acceptance and love and to embrace the beauty and wonder of the differences painted with his pallette of many colors. You were created gay by God, cause he wanted it that way, he has a reason for everything being the way it is. And since all of us created by God ,are his children, we are all going to heaven. God isn't going to treat the striped zebra any differently than it's similar species the horse, because he planned it that way. They are all God's creatures.

You're paying too much attention to religious extremists. Try to remember that there is little difference between a muslim extremist and a christian extremist. Both have killed people in the name of God, and both insist that their version of their faith is the one true religion. Both are wrong.

HEAVEN. As a gay man myself, I didn't choose to be gay. My being attracted to the same sex felt as natural to me as straight men being attracted to women. I knew at age four that I was different and I've spoken to many gay men who also knew they were different at a very young age. Mankinds needs to embrace differences rather than shun them. What a boring world we would live in if everyone was the same. Religion needs to be kept out of people's sex lives. There is no right and wrong when it comes to the intimacy of two CONSENTING adults.

I have no idea what God thinks, because I'm completely human, but I suspect you'll go where we (the heteros) all go. I don't believe in separate categories for the afterlife.

I would judge them based on how their behavior towards others, just as heterosexuals would be judged. If I were God, it would matter much more to me if people were following my word and treating each other with respect and love than it would what they did in their bedroom.
