You can't read an e-mail offline. Unless you open the e-mail file, and then log out of the Internet.

U can check mails offline using Outlook&Mozilla thunderbird.They synchronize ur mails from ur mail account whenver u go online..

Use Outlook... email can down load to Outlook... then you can get off line and check, read, reply... then get back on line and send and receive..... get back off line... and so ....

if u r using outlook, then u may dowmload ur mails and read ur email. otherwise it is not possible

If you have yahoo mail then u can use your mobile phone to access mails if you have GPRS facility
