I inserted a small disc I had found in the DVD drive on my laptop, now it will not come out. When I hit the eject button it just clicks 3 times. How do I get my drive open?

I have MS Office 2000, and a cannon I560. I have tried opening all the config boxes for the printer, but haven't found the solution. I created a letter with a horizonatal line separating the heading from the body. My printer just puts a space where the line should be.
