my internet explorer has suddenly decided to not display any other toolbar except the address bar and the google toolbar.
the actual toolbar with 'tools' at the end has gone'
my favourites etc has gone.
when i right click on any part of the whole screen i get no response.
if i click on the address bar i get 'cut,copy etc' and on a blank section of the address bar i get 'move,size etc'.
in addition 'it' (whether its my pc or the brower i dont no) will not allow me to download anything. when i click to download something (namely explorer to reinstall it) nothing happens.
i have tried using my AOL browser to download as well but the same thing happens.
i have tried system restore to no avail and also system recovery to reload all drivers etc but not the 'my old disk structure' function.
could someone please tell me what has happened and how i can fix it if at all.
also my virtual mem is running at 72%! 4more info my msn is jasonblatch@hotmail.com. i can still access the net.

ATT only offers DSL for 19.95 when you have all the frills on your home phone....i dont care about that. I want a very basic home phone line in order to get DSL. ANyone know of a cheap and reliable DSL provider...Also, will ATT let me keep my home phone and get dSL service with someone else....that might be ok.

I'm doing work for an SEO company and they want me to do link submission for some of their clients.
