It is on one of the sides of the laptop. About 1 1/2 inches wide and about an 1/8 of an inch high. May have a plastic card in it to protect it from dust. Will usually have a little button you push to pop he card out. Not all laptops have a PCMCIA slot.

If you can not find it, co online to the manufacturer and look up the model. Usually have the user's guide on line with pictures to help you find it.

It's a socket, could be anywhere on my HP Pavilion it's on the left side of the laptop.It say expansion port 2 on it. On the top of the keyboard over the socket is a little picture of a computer. It's about 2 inches long and the only other long slot is a 6 in 1 card reader. So fairly easy to recognise.

Depends on the make of your laptop, if its older lappie it may not have PCMCIA slots.

Its usually on the side. There should be a slot on your laptop of credit card size.

it is a slot on the left side of your laptop,itis about 3cm wide and normally has a flip door on it to stop dust getting in

should look like a bay on one of the sides of your laptop. usually has a dummy card in it to protect it and keep it dust free.

As everyone says, assuming its got one (is it less that 2 years old) it will be a slot probably on the right. Mike10613, please note your Expansion Port 2 isnt where you stick yourPCMCIA kit.

it lookes something like a flody disk , but smaller, and it has a button in the left
