Alot "most all" webhosts have scripts ready to setup with one push of a button it might be your easiest option..
To install most scripts is a 5 step setup
If you just folloe their directions it will go pretty smoothly
Or you could pay someone to do it for you..

Well, you may want to look into a company that will maintain the site for you, so as to remove the need for programming all together. I personally recommend www.typealice.com for their user-friendly layouts, besides they run affordable plans and I believe they would find the concept of an ecommerce site an intresting challenge.

Yahoo Small Business does a good job and the service is reliable. They have an easy to use progran for creating pages and sites that is free and allows offline creation. Not the cheapest, but they do a good job.
