I have a friend ... ::cough cough:: no but seriously just as the others said its not a free program but to get it for free you can download it from like bearshare or limewire and download the program then download a product key as well i know a few people who have done so and have the program.

Photoshop is not free software. You could get their demo, but it's still not the real thing.
If you want good free software that does everything Photoshop does and more and that nobody can't prevent you from using it for the rest of your life, try The Gimp at http://www.gimp.org/

It's illegal. Download Photofiltre, it's a freeware program that does just about everything Photoshop does.

Not legally. Can you find illegal copies through BitTorrent or other P-2-P sharing, probably. But not legally.
