In the UK, maplin is the best place for buying all bits. But check what processor it takes and that you can fit it. I'd take the thing in to Maplin and ask one of their technical guys for advice. But check out the bay-wolf link below first they have a list of what looks like all the bits that go into that laptop.

Try Tiger Direct for low priced parts. Also, try contacting Dell themselves or look at the outlet section on their website - they often sell refurb equipment & parts. You may be able to pick on up from them.
