I have MS Office 2000, and a cannon I560. I have tried opening all the config boxes for the printer, but haven't found the solution. I created a letter with a horizonatal line separating the heading from the body. My printer just puts a space where the line should be.

Mine normally prints the line all the time.

Try a different program such as notepad, make a line, print it...if that works we know it is your Microsoft World. If it doesnt work, it is your printer.

If it is your Microsoft word, uninstall and then reinstall with either the original CD or by download the 2003 trial through the windows website.

If it is your printer, unhook and rehook all the cords and connecters, uninstall the printer from your computer, add the printer again. If still having troubles, call the company of the printer and ask for live help.
