If your camera came with a cd, run the CD first before plugging in the camera, it will install the driver, and the software that works with the camera. Follow all the prompts. It should ask you to reboot. Then when you reboot it will ask you to plug in the camera. Follow all prompts, and you should be good 2 go. If you dont have the CD you can download the driver and software from Logitechs website. www.logitech.com. Up top select downloads, and select cameras and then select your camera which should be the quickcam zoom. Download the software. When you launch the program you just downloaded, it will be just like you were putting in the CD like i explained above. Good Luck and Take Care
