It flashes nonstop in the shape of a CD. It still lets me click on things, but it will not stop... PLEASE HELP!!!

did you possibly download some cursors? if u did, then this could be the reason why.... maybe you have some spyware or something that is making it stay like this.. go here and download Ad-Aware Personal Edition

is there a cd/dvd program running in the background? check your taskbar.
