create a favicon.ico file of your favorite pic 16 pixels x 16 pixels here

Most people will tell you that you need to load the favicon into your browser by using the link tag.

this is not true. all you need to do is upload the favicon to you main directory of your website and your browser will load it on it's own.

You'll need a little piece of software.

You make the image 8x8 pixels, but you have to save it as favicon.ico
