Like it's always been like that, since the past or 50s,60s, 70s, and so on. Like American manufacturers want there cars to look European or Japanese. Like what ever happened to good old American cars that had aesthetics and glamor, and now American cars look cheap and have boring looks just like any other car on the streets today. I like the cars of the 1950s and 1960s because they represented Americana, like they had looks, performance, comfort, Safety, handling, and reliability. so those were the good years, So wish American cars could go back to there glamor just like the past. So what do you think?

so i'm looking into some new performace parts for my car, (its a 95 Lumina, it needs all the help it can get) anyway, such being the case, I went to the best name of performace flow systems that I knew. Borla Exhaust. And found this... http://www.borla.com/products/product_multi_detail.aspx?cat=2&type=88&desc=Universal+Mufflers%2c+Tubing+%26+Hardware|S-Type It says its universal so it should fit my car...right?

At two gas stations I checked, the nozzle on the Diesel pump is larger than the gas nozzle. The Diesel nozzle was too large to fit in a regular gas-only tank opening.

This would prevent someone from accidentally filling thier gas tank with diesel fuel.

So... does the state of GEORGIA *require* this at all gas stations?

Whilst driving to work today, my Ford Focus began to make strange noises. Once I got to work, it began to make loud clunking noises, and then wouldn't move. The RAC came out and were shocked to discover that my engine had fallen from its mounting - one bolt had come loose and the other snapped. It has now damaged my 'drive shaft' (whatever that is).

I called Ford customer services as the car is just over a year old and has a warranty. They were most unhelpful and REALLY annoyed me. They expected me to arrange for the car to be taken to a dealership (thankfully, The RAC agreed to return and do this) and have refused to provide me with a courtesy car until the dealership have 'diagnosed' my problem (i.e. The engine has dropped off!). This will take around 2 weeks!! One dealer told me that I should just push for a new car as this was such a dangerous problem. Ford have annoyed me so much, I'm now thinking of doing this.

Any advice? What do I say to Ford? Who do I speak to (solicitor?)

I have a flat with 1 allocated parking space. But people keep parking in it, for 1 of 2 reasons:

1) The flats are right next to a train station on the main line into London. People think its a nice cheap option to park in my car park, especially when the train station car park is full.

2) There are 32 new 2-bedroom flats and 32 parking spaces! Many of the flats have 2 cars (but tend to 'make their own' spaces rather than steeling others) but guests will frequently park in my space, as I work late and mine is one of the few left when they get there.

If someone is in my space, I have to go and park in the train station, which costs £6.50 for an overnight ticket and I have to have it moved by 8:00pm! I could park in someone else's space if its free but then I'm a massive hypocrite.

So if I buy a clamp from eBay is it legal for me to clamp these cars that park in my space? It's a massive problem for me I can't afford to keep parking in the station so someone can steel my space.

When you go to the petrol station, you get a choice of normal unleaded and 'superior' unleaded. The 'superior' unleaded costs more but is supposed to be more fuel efficient. So if the 'superior' unleaded is more fuel efficient does it cost less 'per mile'?
