When try to take off fast off the line my tires spin and my opponent just takes off fast! Of course by the time I finally get going I can useally catch up, but I want to have cleaner starts.

Is it just a matter of NOT smashing the gas down so hard and getting up to speed gradually?

Or is there a part I can buy that will help me get better traction??

Details... I drive a 2003 Mustang GT with an automatic trans, I have brand new racing tires that are top of the line....Goodyear something they cost $1200 for 4 tires. Alos I got the wider tires so more tire is on the pavement.

How are cars that have more horsepower taking off fast without spinning the tires and I cant???

I live in a mobile home and the carport is narrow. Only enough room for the car and someone to get in on one side.

Right after a very low speed accident, I parked my car in my carport. It was still running then, but won't start now, it won't go into Neutral so I can push it either. (Maybe the battery is dead, but there isn't enough room to get another car in to jump it.)

I called tow companies and because of the narrow streets, and the narrow carport, they can't help me.

How on earth do I get the car out of my carport?

Any ideas are welcome

I knew that my Ford Focus 2.0 liter held 4.5 quarts of oil. Not thinking about what I was doing at the moment (cuz I was talking to someone), I put in 5 full quarts. Will this harm anything? Or should I go through the effort of draining 1/2 quart? As always, thanks to the American Public for your answers.

is there a place where I can learn about the treads of the tires and the uses....for example, which treadsare ideal for rain....which are good for all conditions .....and which are good for snow.

I want to learn about the tires and which would be ideal to purchase.....like if I was to by the tires from the website or the catalog, which would be the best choice for me and what I would use my car for.

if you can give me an internet swite that i can visit, it would e greatly appreciated.

If someone says the car doesn't have power steering does that just mean it's broken or does that it never came with it at all.

I admit i hit the car but the car was blocking my neighbors driveway and was 18 inches away from the curb. The curb the car was parked by, was not long enough for him to park without at least blocking mine or my neighbors driveway. I live in California since i know different states have different laws.I also went ahead and took pictures just in case.

I found a deal for a car online- a 99 audi w/ 50k miles for 2800 - when I sent an email to set up a test drive, I got these emails:
Dear Client,
I'm in Glasgow, Scotland, Great Britain right now and I have been very busy for the last couple of days.Anyway, thank you for your interest in buying the car. The car is located in US right now and has US papers. Why is the price so low? I cannot register the car here, as it is made for the USA, according to US standards. So all that I want to do now is sell the car at this price, because I need to sell it fast. The title is clean and you will have absolutely no problems to register the car in the States. I will tell you a few words about the car..My 1999 Audi A4 with mileage 49,751 miles. It is in immaculate condition, rust free , no scratches and hasn't been involved in any accident. The motor runs very well. The interior looks great. This car needs nothing. The title is clear, it is not a salvage one.
