In my previous vehicle, a vw jetta, this info was in the owners manual, and made me feel better about how far I could go before having to hit the gas station. Now the light comes on when the needle is still almost 1/4 inch above the E. Can anyone help me?

My friend's driver's license was revoked, and I haven't gotten mine yet . We might like to go to another town, but we can't drive ourselves . I should go visit my aunt soon . It's hard for us to find a friend to drive us, even if we pay for the gas and buy him dinner . We don't know too many people with a car . Anybody who could drive us either works the wrong hours or is too busy . We can't take a taxi, because a taxi would charge hundreds of dollars for a one way trip . I'm not ready to hire a full -- time chauffer, but an unemployed person might be willing to drive us on a long trip if we pay for the gas, buy him dinner, and gave him twenty -- five dollars . If I was going to hire a full -- time chauffer, I'd go to an employment agency . Why can't I go to an employment agency to hire somebody to drive us on an occasional basis ? How do I find the person I'm looking for ?

Unlike most people, I didn't get my driver's license when I was a teen -- ager living with my parents . Now I'm interested in getting my driver's license, but I don't know whose car I'm going to use to take the driver's test . Letting someone use your car to get his driver's license is a BIG FAVOR ! My parents are both dead, so they can't help me out . Now -- How can I get around this obstacle, and finally get my driver's license ?

I live in Los Angeles, CA. I crashed my car the other day. I spun out because of a wet spot in the turn. After the officers realized that they couldn't get me on anything else they gave me a ticket for driving on the wrong side of the road!! I was spinning out of control, I didn't purposly drive there! Correct me if I'm wrong but this surely seems like a bogus ticket. How can I fight it?

If a car says that it needs 98 octane fuel in order to function I assume that means leaded fuel. Can you get unleaded fuel in the US with a similar rating that would make a car like that work?

As I know that my current situation is pretty special I want the deal closed only through eBay's Buyer Protection Program in order for you to be 100% protected. You will make the payment to eBay and they will hold the money until you receive the car. ONLY AFTER you receive the car and you inspect it(for 10 days) eBay will release the payment to me; in this way we are both protected. Anyway i am sure that if you will don`t be satisfied about the car i will surely find another buyer in your area and there will be no need for you to ship the car back. I am located in London, United Kingdom and I was sent here to improve the military relationships between USA and UK. One months ago, my wife moved here with me and brought the car with her, but now we have to sell it back in the United States because we can't register it here; it has US specs and everything, and registering it here in Europe will take for ever. My final price on it is $2,960. If you will take it for this price, I am willing to handle the shipping. It will be shipped from here by plane with US Air Military Cargo so it will not cost me anything. You will get it to the nearest airport in your area and then it will be trucked forward to your place. You will receive the car in about 3 days. Please get back to me asap if you decide to buy, and include in your e-mail your full name and address where you want it shipped so I can start the deal with eBay. You will receive all the transaction payment and shipping details from them.
Best Regards,
Martin and Sarah Hogan

Gasoline vapors are more flammable/explosive than gasoline in it's liquid form. So wouldn't it make sense to vaporize gasoline before it reaches the engine? I ask this because there's a guy in Florida claiming to get over 400 mpg on his Geo by vaporizing gasoline. Is this possible or is it just a myth?

home. That is where the truck was towed from. Can they legally do that? I had a notice place on the truck back in April of this year. I moved it, but i brought it back this week because someone was going to buy it on Friday. I was not serve any notice for the truck before they came today. Since the work order had my address listed, but the city towed it from my mother's house, was that considered an illegal tow?
