A Sunday, without the noise of lawnmovers and leaf blowers in the suburbs, no humming backround noise from the highway, children playing on the streets with bicycles, and people walking everywhere. Would you go for that?

Hi, the old 80s 911 has always been my dream car since I was a young'un, and I've finally saved up enough to get one (and a year's insurance) at the age of 22.

A few questions; 1- can you insure an 80s SC on a 'classic' package in the UK?

2. How much can I expect to spend a year on the car, and what are some simple ways to reduce this cost?

3. Realistically how much would you spend on fuel for an SC, and, if driven sensibly, are there any ways you could keep this cost lower?

Thanks!

Hi, I'm interested in learning more about the occupation where people transport cars.

For example, when you see a truck with like 10 cars on it. I'm interested in learning what the occupation is called, how much it pays, and what are the requirements.

thanks!

I am a true believer in those that are young should be MOBILE! as in have a license and car to get around, probably because I stuggled and was never given anything like that when I was young, but so be it, my daughters need cars I have several to give to them, yet my husband makes jokes about it, like "we are not running a free car give away here...blaw blaw blaw..."
these cars where free or so, why not give them to the kids free or so? am I missing something here?
I want them mobile and its a big button not to be, I hate to have to rely on others or public trans when their mother has the cars for them, WHAT AM I MISSING?
I would crawl on my knees for the rest of my life to make sure my kids never had too, is this wrong?
thanks!
plus I want to destroy one of these PRESIOUS cars right now becasue it ticks me off to know end and he knows it!!!! thanks!
(oh and I would not do that, I just feel that way, plus all you that want to correct my spelling go ahead, see if i care)

Anyways, after i asked a person for advice on what kind of snowmobile and there reply, “Arctic Cat“. So I was wondering if anyone out there new a good site (website) on how arctic cats are made, there safety and so on. Also, what kind is best to drive in the arctic, where there is always ice and snow. Performance, Hybrid, Mountain, Touring ?? Thanks, I appreciate you help!!

I have never owned a diesel and I know they have glow plugs and need to warm up longer than a regular car, but is it really necessary (or even beneficial) to leave them running while parked. I regularly see these trucks idling outside of convenience stores and other businesses while the owner is inside.

I also see people start their trucks and let them idle for ages while they load them up.

At the bottom of the page, should your starting point and your desination be the same city when driving locally. I start and end at the same warehouse everyday. I'm being told by my new boss that the destination point should be your farthest stop that you did for that day. I have never done it that way for any other company that I worked for. Can anybody point me to a web page that states the regulations for this?
