Horses attacked my car and severely damaged paint on hood, sides, and trunk, my company paid the claim and i'm trying to decide if it would be worth it to fix it or should i sell as is.

First of all are you serious?? Horses attacked your car!! That's kind of awsome, you must have really pissed them off, haha.

But seriously, you have to figure out how much the car is worth, both repaired and as is. Then find out how much it will be to fix it. If the amount your company paid and you and the cost of selling the car as it is now, is greater then the value of the car after it is repaired then you should sell it now.

If it is the other way around then selling now will net you negative money, so just get it fixed, then you can do whatever you want.

fix it and sell it, the only thing is if the company said it was totalled you might have a problem selling it.
