Ive got a Jeep that needs some work and it would be back to normal, it has alot of miles on it but still drives good. Ive got got an old Chevy 52 or 56. The body is in great condition, meaning no dents, but of course it needs a sanding and a paint job. And then there is a 70 Vega, again good condition. Id like to sell them but none of them are working, so what should I do, how do I go about getting rid of these cars?

Because if he sells it at invoice, he's not making $ is he? How much is invoice usually on a new car compared to suggested retail? It was 14k and he said he could sell at 13k.

I live half of each year in Thailand where it is very hot, very humid, and very wet. My car would be parked outside under a car-port but otherwise unpretected. I want to buy a new car but I'm worried that the environment, and my not using it for 6 months, might ruin it in short order. What do you think?

Cars with automatic transmissions have certain benefits (easier to drive) and cars with manual transmissions have other benefits (cheaper to purchase and repair and uses less petrol).

I wonder why the majority of cars in USA have automatic transmissions, while the majority in Europe have manual (driving with a "stick").
Any historical or other explanations why it is like that?

Ok, get this... I was in my friend's mom's DODGE CARAVAN!!! A freaking purple soccermom car. When this guy in a Civic pulled up next to me. It had a bodykit, and all of that. He kept reving his engine, and stuff. He wanted to drag. I got tired of him doing it, so I agreed by reving the minivan. Lol. When the light turned green, we took off. Now here's the kicker... I actually BEAT him! Don't ask me how, but I did. He just drove off in shame. Which brings me to my question. If people have a crappy car that may LOOK fast, why are they so cocky? It's REALLY annoying...

Hi, I would appreciate some advice please? I'm in my late thirties and although I have had some driving lessons in the past and did make progress, I gave up before even trying to take my driving test. Would you advise me to have another go and stick with it this time, or bearing in mind the increased volume of traffic, higher incidence of road rage and the impact of cars on the environment etc, would you suggest I stick to public transport?
