My husband just bought a yamaha blaster from a friend that needs a little work. He wants to know what kind of motor oil, transmission oil, gear oil, and 2 cycle oil needs to be put in it. He also wants to know size gap for the spark plug.

I would recommend buying an owner's manual and even a repair guide to help you out. The oil you need really depends on the climate and what your manual says. The spark plug gap will be listed in the repair manual. I recommend pre-gapped spark plugs, I find they are easier to work with.
