I have a 1988 fort escort but no owner manual..Any help on where I can download one would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry Chickaree, but the FREE downloads from Fords website only go back to 1996.

Invest in a Haynes manual, they give information on maintainance and repair with useful diagrams and photos.

It's not a normal "owners manual," but it's far more useful.
