no ,but they,ll probably charge enough that you,ll feel like you paid for it,but they never charge for it,its their job to get back to their place of business,good luck.

I have AAA and I've never had to pay. All of that is built into your membership fee.

If you aren't using auto club and you got charged for the 'tow and drop-off', I would assume that their return fee would be built into the total charge.
