I have a 2001 sebring and the engine trouble started out of NO where. After doing research these engines are DUDS! around 80,000 miles i have found that these cars have lots of problems, and I am 77,000.... My warrenty ended 2000 miles ago, and to REPLACE my engine its going to cost 7,000, and I owe 9,000 on it! So can I trade her in, instead of fixing her? how will this work?

I just got a speeding ticket the other day and I was wondering the ways of getting the point off... I've heard different things, convincing the judge to let you go to traffic school and that will remove it.... Any ideas? I live in California if that helps at all...

Has anybody got any information or suggestions on how to get a full time Class 1 job? I am currently with an agency doing Class 2 work in Croydon and am finding it very hard getting any Class 1 work as all I have been offered is doing Class 2 night work then after a period of doing this a trial period doing Class 1 work. Is this the usual / only way into Class 1 work? Are there any firms that will take on new Class 1 drivers? Ideally long term I would like to do Continental work. If anyone could point me in the direction of which firms to approach that also would be much appreciated.
Thanks
