What is the difference between a parkway and a boulevard?

There is no set rule.
Usually they are both a street with a planted median (section down the middle of the lanes with plants). And usually a boulevard is meant to be drive straight thru such as an important street cutting thru the middle of town. While a parkway would have buisnesses (and parking) on both sides of it.
