well for starters it won't go into gear. the way a gearbox spins it would take alot of force to mesh those gears.
well anyway lets say you did, there is going to be thousands the amount of force placed on the car than what it is designed for. firstly your driving wheels would lock up, maybe only briefly, it depends on the strength of your clutch, which would mostly like slide against the engine, burning out, creating smoke and a hell of a smell, the engine would stall, and possibly even be forced into reverse very quickly which will do things such as bend conrods, blow headgasket crack head break timing belt or chain.
so If you didnt cause a major accident, it would make an awful mess of all the engine and drivetrain of your car

You'll hear the scream of tortured metal as the gears shell the teeth and then they'll spit them out through the case of the transmission. If you're lucky the resulting shrapnel will only leave minor wounds on your legs and not remove your family jewels. lol

Why are you asking this question? You got bored? I imagine the car will slam to a halt, and it may be damaged in the process. If it is not terribly damaged, I suppose the car will attempt to back up, but something tells me the engine/transmission would not survive the strain.

The Mythbusters just busted this myth. You Can't. modern Cars have a fail safe that will not allow you to shift into Reverse while you have forward momentum.
