I've seen it on TV and for the first time I've seen it in person. It looks like it's electrically charged but I could be wrong.
A person just stands on it and could ride it at fast speeds. It has two wheels! What is it called?

We have a Segway rental service here in downtown Long Beach Calif. It's balanced by a Gyroscope and it supposed to be pretty safe. Look it up and Have fun.

I believe it is scooter. It has a brand name called the Vespa. I believe Sears used to sell it years and years ago.
