Quite simply, No. You will need a dolly. Since the 06 TB never came with a standard transmission (at least my scanner at work has no records of a standard transmission) leaving it in neutral is out. You will need to have a dolly for the front wheels to rest on, above ground level, and then crawl underneith the vehicle and disconnect the drive shaft from the rear differential, or, you can get a small flatbed trailer and have the entire vehicle up off the ground, that way you wont have to disconnect the driveshaft. You can't leave it in neutral without killing the battery (since the key must stay in the ignition when the vehicle is in neutral), and you can't leave it in park, as you will be dragging your vehicle rather then towing it. if you neglect disconnecting the driveline when on a dolly, or trailering it, and just flat towing it, you will end up burning out your transmission.

Not unless you have some sort of driveline disconnect. They aren't designed to be towed on all 4 wheels. If you want that option you should have bought a Jeep.
