Yakama roof racks have a long areodynamic box. Sears has a EX Cargo box. All kill gas mileage Yakama box and two moutain bikes up in the wind kills 5 miles a gallon on a american sedan.

A roof rack. or a roof carrier. They clamp to the edges on the side and carry luggage.
