I have car and I would like to know something about the way machine works and also about parts that it's made of.. I'm affraid that not knowing anything about cars can be a problem since I don't know what do I need to do about maintenance.. And anyway I don't like to look like an idiot while men at repairing service are telling stories about what is wrong with it..

The basics would be jumper cables, tire chains in winter, a screwdriver and adjustable wrench, and flares. Any other suggestions?

i have a 461ci engine with 8.5:1 compression. i always thought that lower compression was better but now i am reading that higher compression is better. my question is will a supercharger change my compression and can i raise my compression and add a supercharger?

Just wondering...this happenned to me a month ago going through the Bensalem tolls of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. It was an unmarked EZ Pass lane. Wound up in a really stupid argument with an employee there over it too when I tried to pull over into the plaza office to pay it.

I have a Vauxhall Astra and whenever it rains my hand brake seem to stick onto the wheels at the back. I have to reverse, creating a bang and then the brakes release. I dont know what the problem is can anyone advise me please. Thanx

i want to be able to go to a parking lot and be able to throw the car around. i just dont know how to do it right. i have the sense of "feeling of sliding out" cause i ride quads and ive been doing crazy stuff for a while now. The car is also automatic but it has the tiptronic feature.
