It's really not possible, tiptronic or not. Drifting is really "power-on oversteer" or "throttle induced oversteer." If you have a really soft front sway bar and a really stiff rear sway bar you can induce oversteer in a FWD car by going around a corner quickly. You can also put good tires up front and hockey pucks in the back to achieve a similar behavior. Barring those somewhat extreme measures, you are out of luck. Even if you tried to use the parking brake to induce oversteer, the natural understeer of the FWD layout will quickly bring the car back into an understeer state.
If you are interested in this read about the early Covair and 911. The engine hanging out behind the rear wheels created some interesting behavior in corners. If you found yourself going in to a corner carrying too much speed the only chance to salvage the situation was to floor the gas. If the driver let off the gas in the corner the vehicle would spin tail-first.

fwd drifting=doesn't work ALOT you can get a minor fish tail out of it but the drift comes from the rear while the car is naturally trying to go straight, Ive learned the hard way i drive a 2006 passat with the tip tronic and i cant really do anything with it to satisfy my "teenager thrill needs", other then speed, but i did take a turn at 60 mph and that worked but not as much as a rwd would

peter piper hit the nail on the head.
You cannot properly drift when in a fwd car. You can't coast sideways around a corner and call it drifting. drifting requires powering through the corner in a constant state of oversteer.
to hell with the jap car. get a rwd car.
