Have been driving for 45 years now, and I can't recall how many punctures I have had, but the ones I have had have been in the worst place and the worst weather you can imagine. The last one I had was on a country road which was more of a lane, and the road was about 6 inches deep in wet mud from farm tractors. I wasn't pleased with that as you can imagine.

In 37 years, I may have had 5 or 6 punctures, unless you count the 4 years I drove for a plumbing company, when I saw a flat about every 6 weeks! Construction sites are DANGEROUS to tires!

11 years, 5 years in an 18 wheel semi-truck, 120000 miles per year. I had a puncture 1-2 times a year and 5-6 blow outs .

I started driving at age 16 (well, actually before that if you want to count the Farm-All tractors) and I'm about to be 68, so 52 years. I can honestly say the number of flats is not something I've kept track of over the years, but relatively few.
I can't help but wonder why you are asking such a question. Gathering statistics for some particular reason?
